The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Site Administration processes the User’s personal data for the purpose of providing services to the User.By filling out forms on the website (“Enter name”, “Enter phone number”, “Enter e-mail”), the User gives consent to the processing of their personal data — name, phone number, and email address. Processing of personal data includes collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification).Personal data may be processed using automated tools and/or without such tools, for the purpose of implementing website activities, notifying users about changes on the site, and maintaining feedback with site users.This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be revoked by the User by submitting a request to the Site Administration specifying the data defined in Article 12 of the Law “On Personal Data”.Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data may be carried out by the User by sending an appropriate request, including by clicking the relevant button in an incoming email from the site, at any time. The consent is considered indefinite.The Site does not transfer personal data to third parties.The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply to this Agreement and to relations between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of this Agreement.
