stana Version dated June 1, 2025 This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) constitutes an official proposal by Individual Entrepreneur MATRIX STORE (BIN 96011575890) (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) addressed to any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) to conclude a legally binding agreement for the provision of digital informational and access services under the terms set forth below. Acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the User is carried out by performing any of the following actions:
- contacting the Provider for the purpose of obtaining services;

1. Subject of the Agreement 1.1. The Provider grants the User temporary, limited rights of access to software environments, accounts, subscriptions, and digital materials located on third-party platforms (including, but not limited to, PlayStation Network), exclusively for informational, demonstration, or familiarization purposes. 1.2. Services are provided without transfer of exclusive or copyright ownership rights and strictly within the scope of the granted access. 2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties 2.1. The Provider undertakes to:
- provide properly functioning access within the agreed time frame.

Given the nature of the service and the Provider’s lack of control over User actions, all possible risks, including but not limited to access termination, functionality limitations, platform, console, account, or subscription restrictions, are borne by the User. 3.2. The Provider is not an official representative of the platforms and does not influence their decisions (including Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, etc.), and therefore bears no responsibility for actions taken by third parties, including account or service restrictions. 3.3. Services are deemed fully rendered and properly provided from the moment access is granted. 4. Refund Policy 4.1. Due to the nature of the provided service (digital access, activation of subscriptions), the User waives the right to a refund after access has been granted, including cases of access termination by third-party platforms. 4.2. The Provider reserves the right to consider disputes on an individual basis but is not obligated to provide recalculation, compensation, or replacement. 5. Final Provisions 5.1. This Offer enters into force upon publication and remains valid indefinitely unless revoked by the Provider. 5.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website. 5.3. The User’s actions specified in the preamble confirm full acceptance of all terms of this Offer, including possible risks and limitations.
